The school day, by stage

Four stages, one steady path

Every learner moves through the same four stages, each with its own pace, classroom, and focus.

Stage 01

Play-based learning that builds language, number sense, and the confidence to sit in a classroom.

Ages 4–5

Stage 02

Reading, writing, and numeracy take root, alongside environmental activities and creative arts.

Grades 1–3

Stage 03

Science, social studies, and agriculture join the core subjects as learners take on more independent work.

Grades 4–6

Stage 04

Learners choose pathway subjects and begin preparing for the transition to senior school.
